The price for the rent is good. The location is perfect (close to work and the life downtown Royal Oak) The apartment is a good size, although is bit dark and the kitchen is small. There is no balcony or patio to enjoy your morning coffee at during the weekend. Overall I like it.

The price for the apartment is great, short commute to work and wonderful little town close by. The apartment is clean and cozy. I would like more natural light in the kitchen area. Besides that I have no complaints.
