Been living here for 10yrs. It was great for the couple years but I would never recommend anyone too move in here since they started too play favorites. The rent price should be cheaper. Lawn care could really be better and Maintaince can take forever depending if you are a favorite or not.

I lived here for a total of 3 years, first year I loved it. After that I hated it. If you have children be prepared to have them in the house due to the fact that they can't play outside. They complain about them riding bikes cause people in parking lot dont pay attention nor the people walking on the sidewalks. They can't blow bubbles nor can they use side walk chalk. If you are a smoker you have to walk to one end of the years or the other and to get there have to Salk where the dogs go to the ...
bathroom. They will enter your apartment when they please and have to real reason why. They have their tenants they like and their tenants they dont like, if they dont like you watch out they will bother you until you move. I know someone that lived here 15 years and because of how management and AHMC are they are moving. That should show everyone something.

Manager is extremely dishonest and horribly rude, as is AHMC Corporate!
Illegally enters apartment, constant intrusion on privacy, harasses tenants, NOT Smoke Free Environment As Advertised, Dog Feces and Urine Inside and Out of Buildings, Filthy Dirty Hallways, Lots of Vehicle VANDALISM, Pool and Whirlpool are disgusting, and always down, Garage doors often broken and Fall on Your Vehicles, and MORE...
What more could you ask for in a slum!

Since new management took over this set of complexes it has been a living nightmare here. Almost prison like. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manor. They are charging big city prices for small town living. Also there corporate office says one thing and then changes rent prices while in a lease. I would steer away from these apartment if you wish to stay sane.
