Nice apartments that have been recently updated. The management team is fantastic as is the service/repairs. Anytime i have reported an issue it gets fixed very quickly. Grounds are well maintained, no issues with winter snow removal. Everyone is responsive and kind. Only drawbacks is the parking garage is way too packed, hard to get cars in/out.

Spacious bright apartment, after a new renovation, in a wonderful quiet area, near a park and a river. Good owners and administration. Minor malfunctions were eliminated the same day we checked in. The whole territory is very clean. I recommend it!

Lived here for 2 years. Wonderful and beautiful apartments. Had everything one would need and were nice and updated. Having the buildings broken down into units of four was amazing -provided more privacy but still had that sense of living in a community with the other buildings nearby. Never had any issues with management and maintenance was always quick to fix any issues. Convenient location to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores but tucked away in a neighborhood setting so you didn't get ...

So quite! Solid 40's concrete construction with spancrete floors and new double glazed windows. 8 minute walk to the Estabrook Beer Garden and dog park in one direction, 8 minutes to downtown Shorewood in the other. Local owner truly cares about this property. He is dedicated to making continuous improvements while keeping an amazing team on site for an incredibly high standard of routine maintenance. Not some mega REIT just looking to squeeze every penny they can out of it.
