Not Safe! Dangerous! Code Violations! Legal Violations!
April 22, 2017Multiple Americans with Disabilities Act Violations. Multiple Fair Housing Act Violations. Exposed Wiring for Water Pumps in Baseboards and Stoves. Maintenance takes over 1 week to do anything, some repairs never get done even though needed. Leaky roofs. Bedbugs throughout B and C buildings with C building being infested for over 3 years but most in B building have been in the building for less than 2 years, some less than 1 year. Landlord has been sued multiple times by tenants moving out. Can ...cut body parts on some carpets but management/maintenance will not do anything. No emergency Maintenance. No apartment wide High Speed Internet Access. 1 Video Camera on the Dumpster. Dangerous apartment situations. Mental Health Supervised Living company located in B Building does not supervise residents. When residents become aggressive and dangerous, Management does not forward the information to the Supervising Office of the Mentally Disabled. Walls are like paper. Maintenance does not notify they are coming to the apartments for repairs or any reason except exterminations (they come and go more frequently. They keep things in disrepair so they can come and go as they please from resident units!) Poop smeared on the walls of one building. Urinating in the hallway. Constant drug baggies from addicts coming in and doing drugs in the hallways. Sometimes syringes are found. Buildings should be secured but are rarely ever locked. Not smoke Free. This is only a few of the problems! Dog Rent is $50.00. Busted Mail Boxes. Mail Theft. Also, very, very, very, high Murder Rate in the area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
