With 43 acres of wooded land, fishing pond, pool, playground, volleyball court, basketball court, and walking trail, we have a little something for everyone. The greatest thing about all of this is that we are about 4 minutes to shopping, 7 minutes to the hospital, and 9 minutes to the Ball State campus. We are off of the main road and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Currently we have our 1-bedroom apartments starting as low as $900 and our 2-bedrooms as low as $955. tobacco
October 22, 2024These apartments are heated and cooled by airflow, and once I switch it on my apartment smells tobacco. I inhale tobacco when I eat, I inhale tobacco when I read, I inhale tobacco when I sleep. I wake up in the night because of the smell of tobacco, I am coughing all the time, and my day is broken. I am not able to work. The management ignores me. I am slowly dying here.Property Manager Responded

As part of our strict no-smoking policy, residents are required to smoke only in designated outdoor areas, and your neighbors are complying with this rule. We understand that outdoor smoke may occasionally enter through open windows. To assist, we offered you the option of relocating to another unit, which you chose not to pursue. The best management!!!
March 16, 2023I made the dumb mistake of paying rent $25 short for the last 2 months; completely my fault! Management chose to call me and alert me of my mistake in the most polite and understanding way, and they worked with me to waive the extraneous fees. I am so thankful that they were compassionate toward me and my silly error, and have had nothing but positive experiences since moving here. 10/10 would recommend.Property Manager Responded

WHAT A DUMP
December 13, 2022They do not fix anything. They do not maintain their pool so don't plan for that! They had a several furnaces that almost caught fire. The melted wires told the repairman that the furnaces were dangerous. They had one of their buildings burn down! They do not care and do everything cheap as possible! There are rats and pests everywhere! They discriminate against young people because they think they can push them around. They do not provide what you sign up for! Very peaceful quiet community
July 5, 2022I have lived at Colonial Crest for over 3 years now. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and very responsive to the needs of their tenants. At the start of this summer my AC went out, the maintenance crew was there to fix it within 5 minutes!!! A Quiet Oasis in a College Town
June 30, 2022I've lived here since 2017, and I love it here. The grounds are beautiful, the office staff are friendly and helpful, and the buildings are a lovely midcentury colonial style, with interiors that are updated and modern. You'd be hard pressed to find an apartment with a dishwasher, central air, a balcony, and full-sized galley style kitchen anywhere else in town for this price. Close to downtown Yorktown and Muncie both, which is a plus. Overall great, I plan to stay here.Review from Apartments.com
