Love this apartment!

2br/2 bath easy small kitchen, washer dryer hookup closet with extra space in the closet. Tile floors and a backyard. no it's not big but it's fenced in. Neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are terrific. Bonus, it's convenient to so many things. I am very happy I found Colonial Heights!

The apartments peaceful at times but the neighbors can be quite rude and big complainers when you have company over. The tenants shrugs the issues and favors in the people who complain. Other than that. this complex is very nice and a perfect place to stay to raise a family.
