Colonial Arms
July 29, 2017Worst place I have ever lived. ZERO Heat last winter. 4th year with almost NO Air Conditioning. Management thinks it is funny, but of course they do not live here. This place gives no break in the rent when they do not live up to their part of the contract. A bunch of us Veterans live here and they abuse us cause what are we gonna do!!! "Move if you don't like it"!!! People please help us cause we are being held hostage by this SLUM!!!!! PS: I have documents to back it up.Review from Apartments.com
