Miscommunication

July 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.com
Staff doesn’t know their left from their right. A woman stated that there was a two bedroom available. I drive up there just for her to tell me that there isn’t one. A representative calls me back to tell me to come back up there as one opens up. I get there, and the staff tells me that “no one ever said that”. Extremely unprofessional.
