Absolutely Love
April 30, 2021I moved here February 2021 I’m so glad I didn’t take into consideration the negative reviews I saw online and decided to check it out for myself these apartments are affordable, clean, safe, and kid friendly. Management is awesome Ms. Loretta is very helpful and sweet, maintenance is very quick at fixing any problems you may have overall I give them 5 stars I love it here!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
DONT COME HERE
January 12, 2020This apartment complex, while it is very cheap, its probably the worst to come too. The people in the office always have attitudes, from day one, and seem to never want to help. They don’t give information until the very last minute or way after the fact. The maintenance aren’t any better, when we we needed something fixed it took forever to get it done. The AC/Heat never worked properly yet your light bill will always be a ridiculous amount. If anything happened your property(ex. Car, the apt. ...it’s self) they’ll find a way to make it your fault and/or just ignore it all together. Also THE PEST.... the pest control is ridiculous. They are EVERYWHERE. No matter how much you put down, how many times you Bomb, they never go away. It’s like they’re in the walls. All in all never coming back, never should have been here. They are VERY Unprofessional
August 15, 2019I’ve been living in these apartments for a year and I received.nothing but disappointment. You will never get anything fixed or done when it comes to Bertha. She’s very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. EVERYTIME pest control comes to an apartments the roaches only move over to the next unit. They will put notes at your door after 10pm telling you they will be in your unit at 9am. Never give a 24hr notice and they come when they feel like it. March 14, 2019I literally just got off the phone with a RAY! Y’all need to have a promotion to customer convo with him ! He was soooooo rude ! I did receive prompt email from him with the info on the lease and I was responding via email Bc I work on the phone the entire day. I explain that and he still asks me to call. I call and he just says yes. YES?!! Not hello how you can I help you this is colonial square ! I ask May I speak with a ray. He then says what’s your question ? And I’m like I’m sorry ? And he ...then with a straight up attitude in his voice says idk who I’m talking to and I say my name and that you didn’t ask!!!!! He mentions he got another person on the lone and began to basically hurry me off the phone. Then he basically tells me Bc my financial sttiation to apply but I won’t get approved !
