Good place to live!
April 18, 2021During my nine years living in Colonial Village I have seen things go from good to bad and back to good. The present administration is excellent. Everyone in office from Brenda (receptionist/secretary) to Star (manager) are very professional and courteous and are willing to work with tenants. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Great City Apartments
August 22, 2015My apartment is very clean and in a safe enviroment with officers in almost every building with the Sherrifs Office and city Police department close by! I love how quiet it is here and everyone stays to themselves. Lantern Ridge is in the city so you could be around everything you need. Wal-Mart is less than a mile away and we just opened up a new store, Ross Dress For Less. We also have a Mcdonalds, Wendy's, Cookout and more!
