We enjoyed our 3 year stay at colonial village! It truly made us feel like we were home everyday. Thank you to management for being there whenever we needed them! Ashling was very nice and is very professional and understanding. The maintenance was always on call at all times.

My family and I have been living at Colonial Village Apartments for almost 9 years. We love the quiet neighborhood, and the fact that we have lots of beautifully landscaped outdoor space to take walks or play with our dog. Many neighbors have lived in our building for years, and we have been fortunate enough to develop a great rapport with them. The clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, playground and pool are wonderful amenities. The office staff is professional, super friendly and extremely helpful. ...
We love that we are so close to everything: bakeries, pizza shops, Dunks, Dollar Tree, Target, Mann Orchards, the Loop... it's incredibly convenient! We have been very happy here!

I’ve been living here for two years now and I am finally leaving do to over priced rates apartments are not worth it and maintenance is not very good there has been over 2 cars that have been broken into last few years and still no cameras on the premises to be seen not recommended to live here

Sorry you feel this way! We do our best to keep a close eye on the Methuen market and consider the current rent to be very fair. Our rent includes heat, hot water, amenities such as the pool, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, dog park, clubhouse etc....All tucked away on a residential side street with close proximity to restaurants, shopping and major highways.

I've only been living here for 3 weeks, but I have to say that so far I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT here! The manager is great, she's very helpful. I've had no issues at all here besides a small leak under my bathroom sink and the maintenance guy was on top of it. He fixed it the same day that I reported it. Other tenants all mind their own business and don't bother you, yet will smile or say hi to you while passing outside, overall very friendly environment.. Like I've said, I've only been living here for ...
3 weeks and i have nothing bad to say SO far!!! I wanted to write a review based on my experience in the time I've been living here because I know that I was very worried/hesitant about moving in based off the reviews I had been reading!!! Once again, I love it here so far and wouldn't change the fact that I moved to colonial village. I also have a child and I've seen reviews saying that this isn't a child friendly environment... YET I DON'T SEE WHY NOT. My daughter loves it here! Hope this review helps anyway who may be hesitating about moving here.

The bedroom and living rooms are a good size. Appliances are nice. Extra storage in the attic is a plus. Office staff are nice but repairs are not up to pare and cheaply done. I can't see paying over $1400 for rent.
