March 15, 2021I've been living at Colonnade for three years and recently moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment. The experience has been incredible. The location is hard to beat, the complex is clean and the staff members are friendly. This year they gave all residents little treats for the holidays, Valentine's Day etc. They are always willing to help and solve any issues that may come up. June 25, 2020Living at Colonnade has been great! The location is quite convenient for our active lifestyle. Restaurants, cafes, spas, grocers, and a movie theater are all a short walk away. The Colonnade gym is state of the art. No pool, but we haven't missed this amenity (and there are lots of pools nearby). We love the monthly resident events, too.
