December 28, 2025My experience here has been okay but I do have some complaints. We have been having a lot of issues with the AC but maintenance always comes to resolve it so I cannot complain too much about that. Also, my unit in particular is super noisy. The AC unit outside is very loud and when the upstairs neighbor turns on the shower, it makes a very loud waterfall noise that is deafening. My baby does not sleep well because of it. In the morning, the leaf blower guy makes a lot of noise and takes his time. ...Basically, there is an awful lot of noise daily. It’s terrible.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2025Parking situation is not that great and I wish the apartments were a little newer and have the carpets changed more frequently. Ant problem on the asphalt when parking. Sometimes the staff can be unpleasant/don’t acknowledge you when waiting. Maintenance is great. The gates are always broken, specifically the rear gate. Sometimes there’s loud noise due to people partying. Also, guests overstay the 7 day limit and towing is not addressed. Not sure if tow trucks visit often.Property Manager Responded
