My experience here has been okay but I do have some complaints. We have been having a lot of issues with the AC but maintenance always comes to resolve it so I cannot complain too much about that. Also, my unit in particular is super noisy. The AC unit outside is very loud and when the upstairs neighbor turns on the shower, it makes a very loud waterfall noise that is deafening. Been here for a couple of years, office staff friendly and maintenance is great. Parking has gotten better but still have people parking along fence when there’s enough parking.
