This is the perfect place if you are want to feel close to the city but far away from the noise it can bring. There is a wonderful salt water pool free for tenant use and it has been a life saver for these hot Mississippi summers. Less than a five minute walk and you are at a beautiful walk and fitness trail. The apartments themselves are clean and so spacious and just the right size for a young couple looking for their first apartment to call home or a college student needing a place close to ...
campus. I like that there are not a ten of tenants living in one big building. I honestly can say I have et and seen everybody who lives in my particular block ( block 300) and can probably call them by name if I had to and that is a very comfort thought for me. My landlord is so tentative and what issues I did have with my space have been fixed with in days of me letting them know of the problem.

The apartment is up to code and is big enough to live in. It is a two bedroom apartment and very suitable for the college life. There is an indoor kitchen and very little closet space. Not much of a long term commitment for living. It will serve the purpose for the time being.
