The lock on my front door was having issues, I put some oil in it and thought that would resolve it. Evidently it didn’t, as I was getting ready to leave for work it totally would not even turn the deadbolt when I put the key in. I notified the front office and told Warren and Tony in person, & by the time I returned from work, I had a brand new lock. I appreciate everybody’s help. It had put me in a panic when I couldn’t lock my front door, so thanks for the repair and replacement.

The appliances should be updated. People who aren’t on leases shouldn’t be able to park in front of the apartment. They should strictly be for the residents on the lease. If you’re going to include pest in rent then they should spray your apartment every month. Keeping better track of maintenance issues in apartments and finishing them instead of forgetting. Better communication from the front office.

We looked through several complexes before settling on colony house. My roommate and I are both first time renters, and were nervous about the process. The gentleman in the front office was a big help, and took us on a detailed tour of not just the apartment but the complexes grounds. The pool is fantastic. The laundry room is convenient & you can use an app to pay not just quarters. Our apartment has light colored wooden floors, and carpeted bedrooms. And the A.C is nice and cold. Everything we ...
