COLONY PARK MAINTENANCE
June 24, 2025Just spoke with Cindy very couteous and professional at approximately 4:15 pm. My AC wasn't working and I told her I had asthma. Literally 5 minutes after hanging up the phone with Cindy there was a knock at my door. It was Colony Park's Property Manager Joe along with Brian and Ryan from maintenance. In less than 30 minutes I had a new AC installed. Colony Park's team is amazing!!Property Manager Responded

Do you believe in Miracles
September 24, 2024This place wants your rent but nothing else.Been here 6 years !! Heatherwood maintenance determined that my Dishwasher was not leaking with out running a drop of water through it...must be a miracle !! My oven wouldnt light so they replaced my oven with a soiled used oven with exactly the same problem. But this one they said is working perfecly because maintenance tried once and it actually lit. so no concerns for when i wont light, maintenance says it works fine...another miracle !! If I could give ZERO Stars I would
November 13, 2022DO NOT BOTHER MOVING HERE. My husband and I have been loyal tenants for 4 years and for the past 2 years it has been horrible. This management does not do anything when you voice concern on your living situation. There are a bunch of drug addicts that live here. All hours of the day and night different cars and people come in and out of the apartments. One neighbor overdosed , cops were called and management did nothing about it. This is a safety issue that has been brought up and it has been ...ignored. My neighbor removed their bottom door knob on their own and replaced it with a SOCK so anyone can enter that apartment. Cops are called into the complex everyday! This place is the absolute worse. This place is not worth all this money even the amenities and appliances are out dated. GOOD LOCATION
October 1, 2020The complex is nice, being there's a pool, playground, small basketball/soccer/hockey courts, tennis court, pond, clubhouse, etc. I would have given a better rating if it were around the clock gated to prevent non-residents from just coming in & using the before mentioned facilities. Basketball after 9pm is too noisy. Also, we smell somebody smoking or vaping cannabis products outside & through our bathroom vent on a daily basis. Not to worried about us outside but there are children around most ...of the time. The smell coming from our bathroom is another matter. Cockroaches
September 25, 2018Management has what they call a "bug list" let that sink in. There is so many problems with bugs in this community that you have to put yourself on a list to have it dealt with. They also think that living with 20 plus cockroaches are considered "standard living conditions" Management has been notified many times of the problem but I guess they have too many other "bug listers" to deal with the "less infested apartments" DO NOT MOVE HERE. Highly Not recommended specially if you are moving with Kids. No longer safe environment for Kids
September 20, 2018Hello, I am leaving in this community for past 5 years. It was great and I used to love here. But now since past 2 years not feeling so safe. Specially with Kids. Younger kids gets bullied and sometimes gets hit by few other teenage kids group. Sometimes elderly people gets bullied as well with same teenage kids group. Everyday police complains occurs, but police cant take any action as they were , they asked to talk to Management. We also talked to Colony park management several times, but they ...are not taking any action against such kids or their parents. Today same teenage kids, sexually harassed one minor girl. Hope this time Heatherwood community do take an action.Property Manager Responded
