I have lived at Colony Aquare apartments for almost two years now. I have enjoyed living here. My apartment is well maintained. If I have an issue, management is quick about addressing it. There is very little noise here but you are right on the circle so traffic does get noisy at times. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

I have live here three years now, the apartments are older but they keep them up. My apartment is the size of a house in square footage.
The new manager Amber is wonderful, she follows up on every request.
The water situation is a bit crazy, but that doesn't have anything to due with the onsite management, that's corporate.
I would recommend this property for rental.

We love being in walking distance to restaurants and shopping outlets. The neighbors are great and Robert, our maintenance, man is always quick and efficient with a friendly smile. If you're looking for a 'community' this is the place -- everyone knows everyone and it's one big fam!

I've been living here for almost 3 months now and honestly I'm very pleased. The property manager always addresses my complaints/maintenance needs within 2 business days and she's very quick to respond (Even on the weekends when she's off). The location couldn't have been more perfect! Everything you need is within 3 miles if that. The complex provides basic cable w/ the rent. It's a quiet neighborhood... esp in the back. I love how there are cameras all over for surveillance as well as plenty ...
of lighting throughout the entire parking lot.

We've lived here about 2 years. Judy the manger is a sweet person, and we haven't had any issues with our neighbors. However, we've found mold in the unit that wasn't properly remediated, and we've had issues with bugs and mice. Most recently, we got a ridiculous water bill of over $75 for a single month of service. This is after we were told that the bill would be closer to $40. Needless to say, we won't be staying here any longer. We're going to break the lease we just signed last month.

I have lived at Colony Square for over 5 years. I absolutely love it. Clean, safe, very convenient to most everything. The maintenance staff is friendly and timely. Great for kids and the elderly. Nice pool and grounds. The cool thing is; it's semi hidden from the road. Kinda secluded. I Recommend this to everyone I know who's looking for the above amenities. Kinda dated but clean and comfy.

I am a first time renter. I am also a very recent single mother of a 2 week old little girl. I came to colony square apartments in June and Mrs Judy in the office was so helpful in finding an apartment that best suited my needs. She is interested in the renters best interests, not just a profit. These apartments are conveniently located in the middle of town. The people who rent these apartments are good neighbors. Many of these people have lived in these apartments for several years. You can ...
leave your belongings in your designated yards without worrying about it being disturbed. They have a very nice clean pool, and a basic playground for children. They also have a 24 hour phone service and maintainence men on site for emergencies. The rent includes everything except power and is a great value for your money.
