Amazing experience
February 6, 2021I honestly love this place. It’s a great price for what you get! I rely on reviews heavily so I want to leave an honest one! Michele (landlord) is the sweetest and knows her residents by name and is always here to help. She truly cares about the property and her residents and does everything in her power to make it a great place. We will miss her greatly!! We have lived here in a 2 bedroom for 2 years now, and the only reason we are leaving is because we’re moving states. The application/move in ...process was so smooth and easy, and Michele was able to let us see our apartment before signing the lease as well since it was available to view. We have only had to call maintenance twice the entire time we’ve lived here, and both times they were here within the hour! They are really on top of things and know what they’re doing. We noticed that the seal on our old fridge was a little bit messed up, and they replaced our fridge the same day! The location of the apartment is great and there is even a walking trail to Walmart. It is a very safe and tight knit community, and I have never felt unsafe here even once which is something that is super important to me! Sometimes if you come home a bit late at night, the parking is limited, but you’ll only have to walk a few extra steps further to get to your building’s door. There is a community board in the buildings right above the mailboxes which keeps us up to date on everything going on! The buildings are also cleaned every week by a really sweet woman who vacuums and sanitizes, so the hallways are always spotless. We also have a nice pool and gym on the property! Not to mention everything but electric, cable, and internet is included in the price. Overall we have loved every minute of our time here at Colony West and we wouldn’t choose any other property over this one. It truly is a place to call home and we will miss it dearly. We just hope that someone loves our apartment just as much as we loved it and called it home :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
