Old, poorly maintained, disorganized
April 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comAppliances are from the Paleolithic age, and work accordingly, in that they do not. Amenities include a jungle gym and a computer with printer, yup that all! THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED
December 10, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comManagement and office staff horrible. Neighbors horrible. The only good thing was the maintenance manager Keith. My apartment bathroom toilet flooded constantly. The bathroom above leaked through my ceiling. The dishwasher was always backing up and so was the sink. The tried to blame it on us -- after another tenant's oatmeal shot up through our drain. Then the washing machine of an empty apartment above flooded ours. No explanation. Happened again. April 18, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comLived here about 1.5 years ago. Had to move out due to mold, continuous maintenance problems not being fixed, and issues with the apartment maintenance man. Never really felt safe here. Constant smell of marijuana coming from all around the complex. Seems like a lot of people that lived here didn't have jobs. Saw the cops here every other week. Just not a good experience. However, kudos for the management team for trying to help and for making things right when we moved out.Property Manager Responded

A perfect location,it has helped my depression,an changed some negative stereotypes that i use to believe, you ask how?My neighbors across the hall they are Spanish, up stairs from Nigeria, down stairs young adults from Mexico.i had no intention of getting to know any of them, an now this ...apartment has introduced me to some wonderful People, broken down barriers.
