Old, poorly maintained, disorganized

Appliances are from the Paleolithic age, and work accordingly, in that they do not. Amenities include a jungle gym and a computer with printer, yup that all! Emails sent from management are beyond disorganized, you will not know what is going on. Not a good time, but comparably cheap (for the area) time

We had to move out because of a terrible mice infestation. It was awful, and we kept the apartment very clean. The leasing office gave us some sticky traps and that was it, it did not solve the problem at all.

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED

Management and office staff horrible. Neighbors horrible. The only good thing was the maintenance manager Keith. My apartment bathroom toilet flooded constantly. The bathroom above leaked through my ceiling. The dishwasher was always backing up and so was the sink. The tried to blame it on us -- after another tenant's oatmeal shot up through our drain. Then the washing machine of an empty apartment above flooded ours. No explanation. Happened again. No explanation or attempts to fix. HORRIBLE ...

I called to ask questions about an apartment and the person that answered accused me of doing a market survey and wouldn't answer some of my questions or avoided them. I asked questions about fees, what the parking situation was and pests. The representative refused to answer questions about pest, which may be telling.

I'm really happy with my new apartment! Full disclosure--the leasing girls asked me to write a review when I moved in. I wanted to wait a little while to make sure all was as good as it seemed on move in. Well, I've been here 2 months now, and I'm happy! I did have a leak about a month in, but I understand things happen, and maintenance took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend!

Lived here about 1.5 years ago. Had to move out due to mold, continuous maintenance problems not being fixed, and issues with the apartment maintenance man. Never really felt safe here. Constant smell of marijuana coming from all around the complex. Seems like a lot of people that lived here didn't have jobs. Saw the cops here every other week. Just not a good experience. However, kudos for the management team for trying to help and for making things right when we moved out.

I thank the office for putting such a diverse group of people in our building People who has given me food.when we was in need,made me laugh, an showed me that yes, a single man can raise 2 small kids.So this is why my apartment is so great, the location an the people in our building,My family has changed ,we care about people an talk to people who at one time in our life. we would have never even wanted to say hello to.Thank you Columbia Choice, even if we don't win, as head of the house hold, I thank you.
