February 19, 2021I scheduled an appointment to tour the property online, received a phone call from the leasing office confirming the appointment, then received a text 2 hours before the appointment to confirm again only to get to the property and find the leasing office closed. The one staff member there even said that they did not have apartments to view at this time. They made know effort to acknowledge that it was a mistake on their end nor any attempt to reschedule.Review from Apartments.com
Current resident, very dirty compounds.
September 21, 2018I will not recommend Columbia commons to anyone, then environment is very dirty. There are so many trees, the dry leaves fall and nobody cleans the place, very filthy place. I moved in in June of this year and they have only cleaned outside once. That is one time in 4 months, so you can imagine how the place looks and the office staff and management don’t care. Management of this property is horrible. If you looking for a clean environment, beautiful apartment complex this is definitely not the ...place. Dirty dirty dirty it’s sickening.Property Manager Responded
