terrible neighbors and property manager

I do not recommend this place at all. In my 12+ years of renting I've never been more uncomfortable and unsatisfied with a complex. This place is terrible and you can find something much better for the price.

I love it here. A new washer and dryer were included and I cannot hear a peep from the neighbors from inside. No rif raf here from the tenants. Just hardworking family oriented Americans in general. I'm happy here

Rent increases yearly

Lived here awhile now and Landlord raises the rent every year forcing you to sign a lease for a lower increase or pay a much higher rate month to month. The inside of these places are old and have not been well maintained for the most part. The yard is not a yard but all the ones facing the street have rock in them and blackberry bushes that have to be cut down. The decks are rotting and bathtubs are cracked. Very old cabinets in kitchen and drawers that need to be replaced. Old refrigerator ...

barely works and plumbing not the best. Water force is low and water is very hard. Now rewards for long time residents. Landlord does things as cheaply as possible yet seems to be all about getting more money. Managers are nice. Car broken into twice. The wind blows in hard during winter and not well insulated. For the $$$ you can find something much nicer. Not even a W&D!! Would have moved long ago if circumstances were different.
