Enjoy living here so far. The staff are great and are pretty easy to get a hold of over the phone if I need to get in contact with them. I do wish the washer and dryers were in my building if they couldn't be in my apartment. I would say that is one of the downsides

It’s a good place, nice people, just occasionally you have to worry about cockroaches coming back, but the maintenance does a great job dealing with it when it happens

Outdated but overall okay for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish carpets would be replaced and a dishwasher added. Neighbors are nice.

The apartment was very clean, neat, and spacious. The location is in a very safe community and is conveniently close to the bus stop, making it easy to travel to the downtown area and the University of Missouri and hospital. The apartment service was also very nice and helpful

Great community. I wish the gates were turned on and worked but the complex doesn't feel dangerous. I renewed my lease despite the gates not working (which were initially what brought me to this complex along with the reasonable prices)

Staff works with you very well. They are very friendly. Apartments look nice and are clean. Sound travels through the walls very easily though. Neighborhood is rough but the buildings are still mostly safe. Maintenance is slow but they come in at least 72 hours.
