    The apartment was very clean, neat, and spacious. The location is in a very safe community and is conveniently close to the bus stop, making it easy to travel to the downtown area and the University of Missouri and hospital. The apartment service was also very nice and helpful

    Great community. I wish the gates were turned on and worked but the complex doesn't feel dangerous. I renewed my lease despite the gates not working (which were initially what brought me to this complex along with the reasonable prices)

    i’m looking forward to being able to move into columbia crossing apartments. I have not heard anything back about the complex i applied for and they switched the unit without notifying me. i would like some answers but every time i call it’s a different person who doesn’t have any.

    Staff works with you very well. They are very friendly. Apartments look nice and are clean. Sound travels through the walls very easily though. Neighborhood is rough but the buildings are still mostly safe. Maintenance is slow but they come in at least 72 hours.

    The overall complex is fine, but for the cost, it is not worth it to live here. If it was slightly cheaper or there were better amenities, the cost might be justified.

    Neighbors are nice but the walls are paper thin. You can hear someone's music or Tv that is on ANOTHER floor and across the hall from you. You can hear most conversations from anybody that is above or below you. Pool is closed like every other day and the fitness center is pretty bad (just one smith machine and adjustable bench and then some cardio machines). They mow the lawn too much... it's noisy and it pollutes badly.

    The area is good and mostly peaceful but the unit I have feels very old and get insects coming through the vents on occasion.The on site maintenance was good for me so far when I had an issue so that is also a positive.

    I have not been able to move in because the apartment is not ready yet. I have not been given any information on When it will be ready. I’m supposed to be moved out of my apartment. Im lucky that my old apartment wasn’t rented out yet. I already changed my mailing address moved nearly everything out of my apartment, requested that my gas and electricity be shut off. I was able to keep my electricity on though it cost me $15.00 it has not been a Bad Experience
