September 9, 2025I have not been able to move in because the apartment is not ready yet. I have not been given any information on When it will be ready. I’m supposed to be moved out of my apartment. Im lucky that my old apartment wasn’t rented out yet. I already changed my mailing address moved nearly everything out of my apartment, requested that my gas and electricity be shut off. I was able to keep my electricity on though it cost me $15.00 it has not been a Bad ExperienceProperty Manager Responded

Management does not take the concerns of residents seriously, the buildings are ancient and in dire need of repair, this apartment complex is in one of the worst areas of Columbia, the rent is much too high for the quality of the units, and I never feel safe when I'm on the grounds (even in my own unit).Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2025I have living here for quite some time. I do enjoy is very much I mean when you go out aide people don't pick up dog poop like they did when I first moved here. That sucks because I want my kid to play outside but other than that parking is nice . The maintenance is quick and they always reply. I also don't quite enjoy that the gates stopped working and they won't fix that but I completely understand why . Over all this place is a great optionProperty Manager Responded

February 10, 2025The pricing is reasonable. And the maintenance is very great. However, there are some neighbors that have left dog poop outside and when it snows I cannot get out. Furthermore, when moving in I was under impression that the fence would be fixed but has not.Property Manager Responded
