Wonderful place to live with great views
December 27, 2024Great place to live due to location with easy access to freeways along with great views of the Columbia River and the Blue Bridge. Walking on the river paths was very enjoyable. Resort living
December 26, 2024Living at Columbia River Walk felt like living at a resort. The staff and maintenace team were always so friendly and helpful. The move out process was very thorough and pleasant. They explained the move out charges very well. If I wouldn't have bought a home, I would have gladly renewed and stayed longer. This Property is a Gem!

December 26, 2024I just moved in here 3 months ago and I love it! Amazing view of the river, great amenities and the office staff is so helpful! This is my first apartment and they made the process so seamless. The management hosts occasional events that help foster a strong sense of community which is so nice! Very Beautiful Apartments

Price does not reflect the quality at all
October 29, 2021Having been a resident here for several months now I totally regret my decision. This is the opposite of what I was hoping for when I moved in. NOISE is so bad that I have nights I can't sleep from people above me and beside me. Parties happen so often. My apartment had several quality issues when I moved in. No amenities have been built. Every little sound
June 11, 2021We've lived here for 4 months, and already hated it the night we moved in. The neighbors upstairs played music so loud we could hear the lyrics, and it has continued since. Loud music, loud voices, several dogs, and an entire gym on the patio above us shakes our whole unit. (they have a weight bar and a free standing punching bag)There is no insulation between the floors of the units (they are building the new phase, and watching them do it, we understand why even normal voices carry ...throughout). Management has said they'd ask neighbors to be quiet, but a lot of good that has done. If you like quiet and prefer to live somewhere that is functional, the "luxury" is not here. No closets (no bathroom linen closets) except in the bedrooms, no garbage disposal, stackable washer and dryer. Be prepared to pay upwards of 200 dollars per month for water/sewer/garbage, with fluctuating rates each month.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
NOISY
December 18, 2020NOISY...I regret moving here. The HVAC units line the buildings creating a loud vibrating and buzzing sound that prevents even the heaviest sleepers from getting rest. If you end up taking a tour, make sure you wait for the HVAC units to turn on so you know what you’re getting yourself into.Review from Apartments.com
