Love my apartment
November 18, 2025I’ve had such a great experience living here. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the layout makes the space feel really open and comfortable. Any time I’ve needed something, the maintenance team has responded quickly and professionally. The community is quiet, safe, and friendly, and the amenities are always kept in great condition. Management is easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about the residents. Wonderful place to live with great views
December 27, 2024Great place to live due to location with easy access to freeways along with great views of the Columbia River and the Blue Bridge. Walking on the river paths was very enjoyable. Resort living
December 26, 2024Living at Columbia River Walk felt like living at a resort. The staff and maintenace team were always so friendly and helpful. The move out process was very thorough and pleasant. They explained the move out charges very well. If I wouldn't have bought a home, I would have gladly renewed and stayed longer. This Property is a Gem!

The grounds are well-kept, and we can't forget the beautiful views near the river. The apartments are very spacious and modern, with plenty of natural lighting. Highly recommend!!
December 26, 2024I just moved in here 3 months ago and I love it! Amazing view of the river, great amenities and the office staff is so helpful! This is my first apartment and they made the process so seamless. The management hosts occasional events that help foster a strong sense of community which is so nice! Very Beautiful Apartments
December 24, 2024Just moved here about 2 months ago and from the day I scheduled a tour the leasing staff was sooo nice and helpful and patient since I had her show me two different styles of layouts. Price does not reflect the quality at all
October 29, 2021Having been a resident here for several months now I totally regret my decision. This is the opposite of what I was hoping for when I moved in. NOISE is so bad that I have nights I can't sleep from people above me and beside me. Parties happen so often. My apartment had several quality issues when I moved in. No amenities have been built.
