Great value, great location
October 24, 2018I've got a lot to say about this property. Management has been pleasant to work with aside from some shortcomings here and there - the regional leadership is responsive and maintenance is top-tier. The rent is reasonable for the area and the location, nestled quietly back off Columbia Rd with convenient access directly to Columbia Rd or Lorain Rd. Any sorts of issues I had were addressed in a very timely manner and the apartments were all rodent and infestation free, I was actually surprised ...at the quality of the property. While this may sound like a paid review, I rented with Columbia Sq for 2 years and just felt like it was important to outline how much of a gem this complex is compared to the others in the area (High rises? No thanks.). Not too far from any sort of good food or drinks (Fat Heads!) and fairly close to multiple department stores and super convenient to the mall. August 23, 2015This is definitely an Amazing place to stay. I have lived her for the past 7 months and I have nevet had an issue. The upkeep of the apartment grounds is great. It is auite, we have everything around us as well. It is the greatest place to stay.Review from Apartments.com
