September 26, 2023I love the location … ever since Roundhouse took over .. the apt buildings have NOT. been POWERRWASHED .. they are disgusting!! They used to be cleaned every year.. I do not blame the maintenance team for this ..Property Manager Responded

May 9, 2023My apartment is older and not yet remodeled yet I still pay rent! I shouldn’t be treated this way. Many things are broken. It was not cleaned properly. I have to call over and over just to get anybody to do something and then usually I’m told it’s in the system. They are working on it. It’s a joke!Property Manager Responded
