I love the location … ever since Roundhouse took over .. the apt buildings have NOT. been POWERRWASHED .. they are disgusting!! They used to be cleaned every year.. I do not blame the maintenance team for this ..

Julie and all the staff were great help from the start of the application all the way to the day we got the keys to our new apartment. My apartment is older and not yet remodeled yet I still pay rent! I shouldn’t be treated this way. Many things are broken. It was not cleaned properly. I have to call over and over just to get anybody to do something and then usually I’m told it’s in the system. They are working on it. It’s a joke!
