The roof collapsed during a tornado in late March, and the building still looks like it’s under construction, plain brick walls with wood slats everywhere, exterior doors are never locked and never secured; a stray dog even wandered in once that I know of. I’m on the first floor and also have roach problems, and problems with the pipes in the bathroom constantly leaking from my ceiling. There’s always garbage everywhere and the hallways smell horrible . The only saving grace is the affordable ...
