Florence is so busy, right by the airport, and there's a lot of hustle & bustle. It's really nice to feel tucked out of the way but still be so close to everything. I've never seen somewhere that every apartment has its own garage before usually they cost an arm and a leg extra

The property needs to be dressed up a little bit better. Garbage does pile up at the dumpster way to often which causes unsightly conditions. The landscaping, mulching and missing tree replacement needs much better improvement.
