I personally am a type A person, and I find a lot of small issues that could have been taken care of initially before moving in. June 6, 2025Our gated community is not really a gated community as the gates have even broken for years. The swimming pool has not been available for years too. And worst of all is the unhealthy, unsafe and unsanitary infestation of cockroaches and ants in the entire complex.
