May 18, 2026I overall like this place, it’s nice and calm, and comfortable. Except for few things - Club house is closed after office hours and on Sun. This means I have restricted time to go get myself a coffee, beer, or play pool. This is kind of unfair. Please do something about it. Buildings and floors are dirty - I live on the third floor and it’s covered in cobwebs and spiders.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026I just relocated to the greater Wilmington area and could not be happier with this apartment complex! The leasing staff was extremely helpful during the pre-move in process, and I have been pleasantly surprised to see the positivity continue now that I am a resident on the property?? The staff is courteous and kind, and the properties amenities are wonderful! Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Very happy to live here!Review from Apartments.com

January 17, 2026I love my apartment and are happy with other residents I have met. We were told about the halls and floors being painted but I think Corporate is dragging their feet. I believe this building was the first to be built so it is in need.Property Manager Responded
