The staff is professional, the amenities are well maintained, and maintenance is prompt to respond when needed. Sources are close by and include restaurants, oil change, tire store, Wal Mart, grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, etc

Its Great! Definitely Would Recommend.
The only thing i would complain about is not enough shade at dog parks, and maybe mulch isnt the best idea overall. But great experience otherwise

I love the landscaping and overall style of the property. I love how when I walk outside there are so many neighbors out and about actually interacting with each other. It feels like a very social and friendly neighborhood. The amenities are clean and look amazing. The staff are some of the sweetest people ever. Moving here might have been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I overall like this place, it’s nice and calm, and comfortable.
Except for few things - Club house is closed after office hours and on Sun. This means I have restricted time to go get myself a coffee, beer, or play pool. This is kind of unfair. Please do something about it.
Buildings and floors are dirty - I live on the third floor and it’s covered in cobwebs and spiders.

I had to struggle for six months for a handicapped parking space. The property management tolerated the constant use of a handicapped space by a resident who created her own tag. I had to contact the police for resolution

I enjoy living here. I feel very safe, which is very important to me. The amenities are great. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are on top of it! I love how pet friendly the community is. The landscaping always looks great. All around great place to live.
