    The property is poorly run. Current staff is unfriendly, rude and incompetent. The office is never open and no hours posted. Calls not returned. The maintenance man fixes what he wants and leaves jobs unfinished for months. People evicted for no reason and rents increase several times a year. There are no senior activities planned and community room smells of mold and mildew and is always cold. Friends are moving out as fast as they can.
