I've been a long term tenant here while I was a student in college, along with my roommate, 4 years for myself and 3 for him. These apartments have been here awhile, and they have a great location for students. I moved here from my previous place (also in Commerce) and I suffered the whole time from the prices constantly going up. Moving here was amazing for me the last 4 years. Not only are these within a 5 minute walking distance from the campus, they are affordable for students like myself who
...may not be the best off financially. Because they were affordable, I also found myself doing better financially further down the line, finally able to accomplish other things. The pricing is great, and it's hard finding others that can compete.
While the buildings do have their quirks, maintenance has always been quick, informative, and friendly when working on any problems that may arise. They made it less stressful and easy to be here if something went wrong. Currently, it seems they are updating many things around the buildings also!
The ladies in the office are wonderful too. They will try to work with you on anything, and are very caring and considerate of their tenants. They have made my stay here amazing and I will miss them all very much.
