Horrible Management
January 7, 2020Do not recommend! It's an old apartment building, built on a slanted hill. There's a "gym", but not well maintained and quite dusty. Walls are super thin - you can even hear your neighbors snore or play music. Manager is nice before you move in - once you move in, it's a different storyReview from Apartments.com
ok apartment, terrible, just terrible management
November 1, 2018I rented this apartment from 2017-2018, the aparment is ok aside from thin walls. Overall the apartment itself is ok, but the manager is just absolutly terrible, never replies on time and had a horrible attitude, once tried to evict me just for not paying rent on time, won't reccomend anyone from renting this place ever unless they get a new managerReview from Apartments.com

Comodore Apts = rundown (013)
April 12, 2014This was supposed to be a non-smoking building; tenants and I all complained about certain smokers and NOTHING was done. Maintenance was ignored - lights out on exit signs or in hallways, washer/dryers in disrepair. For a long time we had a major hole in our hallway ceiling - management just couldn't repair it. And the low-flow toilets did not even do the job, a real embarrassment when unsuspecting guests used the facilities. Perhaps a new management company will do better.Review from Apartments.com
