August 2, 2015The building itself is fairly old, however, each condo within the building is different as they are privately owned. I find that the price I pay for rent to be VERY reasonable for a studio in East Lakeview. My neighbors are fairly quiet and I usually do not hear a thing or get complaints about noise. I can walk to many restaurants and there is a Broadway, Clark, and Diversey bus stop fairly close. There is a Trader Joe's just a three minute walk away and a neighborhood (grocery) Wal-Mart right ...across the street. If I wanted to go to Marshall's, that is about a ten minute walk or less away. I do not own a car, but I do know that most of the residential parking is zone-free. The Lakefront Trail is also not too far away and is easily accessible if you wanted to go for a run in the summer.
