Avoid at all costs
October 7, 2024The people the office are nice. The apartment is okay. The maintenance guy is overworked. The company is dishonest and can't get my account right. Had problems since my move in and everything is deferred to management somewhere else. That management can't be contacted, so they don't care about the tenants. Was given a credit but since the offsite management didn't note that, I now am behind on my account. What local people tell you can be overruled by the offsite management. Plumbing is screwed ...up on most apartment. Supposedly they are "fixing" the electric, as I keep losing power because two other apartment are using the microwave.
