April 15, 2025Thin floors and walls. Too high prices, pretty much pricing everyone out after be management. No policy to deal with noise or smoking, but you’ll sign an unbreakable lease.Property Manager Responded

Spectacular! Modern! Beautiful!
May 1, 2023Brittney gave an extraordinary tour of Commonwealth property, and it was love at first sight - beginning with the club house. Then she showed me the Amber and the lovefest continued. Wow! The use of space, the soft color palette, the numerous shelves in the closets, and a clean, usable dog park. The amenities are plentiful. Then enter Katrina, who worked extra hard to prepare the lease and even showed me the beautiful Amber unit again. April 28, 2023I came in to tour these beautiful apartments recently and was extremely impressed by both the staff and the fresh new appearance of the apartments! I scheduled an appointment and was greeted by the friendly staff right on time. Brittney showed me a couple of different options and I just love the huge closets and modern kitchens! Absolutely worth it
April 26, 2023Been here almost a year now and renewing was already a given. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous, and if you even need maintenance it’s taken care of with quickness and ease. Great location, ease of access to 288 and everything else you need. Terrible Customer service Do not waste your time
April 22, 2023Was considering properties in the area had a 2pm appointment set on a Saturday. 2pm comes and we were asked to wait by the assistant manager because there was a couple who was booked for 1:30pm who had not yet been seen due to their lack of simple time management. If you can’t get something as simple as appointments right for customers who are looking to do business with you, what’s other things are you not timely or respectful of. A complete waste of time, other reviews talking about the same ...exact thing. WILL NOT even consider this property going forward be happy to do business elsewhere with folks who actually respect other’s time.Property Manager Responded

Exceptional
May 30, 2022I love my new apartment, and the application process was fairly easy considering that I relocated from Florida to Virginia and completed the whole process online while I was still in Florida. Katrina's customer service was exceptional, as she answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. I was even able to view the apartments via a virtual tour. While I was still in FL, Katrina kept me updated concerning the availability, pricing, and even informed me as to when the apartment's ...website went live so that I could complete the application process before I relocated. I honestly appreciated that, because I was concerned about having everything finalized before my family and I relocated to VA. Amazing!
May 22, 2022My family recently took a tour of the community looking for a safe apartment and neighborhood for a family member, his wife, and young kids to live. This place FAR exceeded my expectations! I have to say we were blown away right from the beginning! The staff were not only prompt, but they were 15 mins early for the scheduled tour and were extremely pleasant to work with. The apartment community was extremely nice with many upgrades we were not expecting. Not only is this a wonderful place to ...live, but it's super convenient to everything including grocery stores, shopping, interstates, etc. The property manager Katrina has been so helpful in getting us all the information we needed and has always been very prompt in returning all of my phone calls and emails. We were so impressed with the community, apartment, and staff that our family has referred many others here as well. Even the people who were there touring and moving in that day were some of the nicest neighbors we have ever met! Unfortunately we have had some not so pleasant experiences in the past with other communities and properties and especially dealing with some rude, annoying, or entitled neighbors that drive you crazy, but this place isn't like that at all. Everyone we ran into was super sweet and friendly and we can't wait to meet everyone! My family is extremely excited and are looking forward to their move in date soon!Property Manager Responded

Poor customer service
May 21, 2022This is the first time I’ve ever tried to tour an apartment and the staff was a no show. There was also no one else in the leasing office. I got there at 3:10 and texted the number at 3:15 pm and called twice no response. Do you know that I did not get a response until 3:41 pm. Her response was that she was on a tour .I don’t know any apartment tours that take 30 mins. That is unacceptable and I drove close to 3 hours to get there. First impressions matter when looking at places. Update: ...property manager contacted me to apologize however, was still making excuses but says she valued my feedbackProperty Manager Responded
