Now that I have been living here for almost a year I feel qualified enough to give an opinion.
The staff and maintenance staff has been great since day one.
The process of adopting a cat while living here was painless and easy.
The common areas and exterior of the property is kept up extremely well, and there is surprisingly very little noise coming from other apartments.
The actual apartments are about what you would expect for the price, and the appliances are adequate.
The selling point ...
for me is the location, you are on a great waterfront and right next to probably one of the best parks Fall River has to offer. You have a great walking or running path steps outside the apartment, and you are seconds away from the highway.
You won’t find a better place to live in the area.
