Community View Apartments for those age 18+ provides a total of 61 one-bedroom units of safe, affordable, energy-efficient homes in a newly constructed building. Rents are affordable from 30%-60% AMI. There are 20 units set-aside for frail elderly via referral system. There are 10 fully accessible units for those with mobility impairments and 4 units setup for those with Hearing and/or Vision disabilities. Applicants with mobility, visual or hearing impairments should make sure to indicate on their application that an accessible unit is required.
