Awful place to live

New owners don't care about fixing or maintaining current tenants units, only about remodeling and jacking up the rent. Maintenance requests go ignored for weeks. Office staff is rude and snarky when you bring up issues. Pest issues, have seen roaches in common areas and heard rats within the walls.

The complex is slightly run down but overall good. Management has been friendly. The dog park is very convenient and neighbors with pets are respectful.

for 99% of the time its quiet, maitence and staff are wonderful so far, its so affordable. we are very happy we moved here!! the only down side is its $5 to do laundry and washers are small but its still decently cheap!
