October 12, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI just moved in a month ago and everything is excellent.I love the design and feel of my apartment.The gated community is wonderful and makes you feels safe,but i do feel the guards needs uniforms to that we know who they are when being approached. I had a problem with my stove and maintenance came and fixed it.( they we're friendly and fast) The leasing office we're also nice and very professional (Thank You )

November 28, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI'm relocating from the Memphis area to the Delta to work for Mississippi Valley, Although I let my skepticism get the best of me everything is working out for the best. After asking staff about housing they pointed me in the direction of Compass Pointe Apt. Where I meet a young lady named Tisha whom was full of life and very open to giving me a tour of the complex and I have to say JOB well done!!! I did my application and hopefully will be moving in next month... Thank you!

October 26, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThe Lady at the guard gate had by far the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my entire life. The lack of hospitality made me second guess my decision. Compass point is awful, over priced and unprofessional. I will definitely take this to all local newspapers and social media to bring awareness to such an awful business.

October 12, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI’m looking at some of the comments and I find them very judgmental and dishonest. I’ve been here a couple months upon me moving to Compass Pointe. Tisha my Landlord is very soft spoken and very respectful. So I’m at a loss of words by some of these comments. She went above and beyond to help me get into my apt. As far as Security I see them doing their jobs, but I will say it disturbs me at how people and be so rude at the Security Booth when clearly their during the job that is asked of ...them, which is keeping us safe. And the garbage cans are small, but I’ve seen my neighbor and kids throw trash on the the grounds. But enough of all the ranting!!! Compass Pointe is my home and I’m pleased at the decision I made about staying here.Read More

My stay at compass pointe was ideal considering the fact that i had no where else to go being from out of town. The grounds where clean and the office staff was always kind and very helpful... I'm reading some of the comments on here and i find them very Disturbing that somebody will say such hurtful things about Management.And as far as the gate sure I've been held up by traffic,but its to secure the safety of myself and the rest of ...the tenants that stay there on the complex. September 30, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comManagement staff is very unprofessional, immature and irresponsible. We have had a horrible experience living at Compass Pointe Apartments. The staff will hold conversations with their friends/acquaintances/visitors at the gate entrance causing other vehicles to back up onto the road; which, is extremely dangerous. Motorist have a tendency to speed on this road. The attitude of management is rude, hostile and vindictive. The grounds are littered with thrash from the small garage cans on the ...premises. Parties with alcohol are held by management staff in the security booth at the entrance gate. This kind of behavior is inappropriate and potentially volatile for residents and legitimate visitors to the apartment complex. Definitely not worth the money being charged!!!Read More

Office personal was very helpful especially Tisha the Property Manager very kind heart she treat my family very nice she even took the time to learn our language and greet us in Korean when we entered the office. Compass pointe is very clean and safe environment to live and we thank you for making us feel at home away from home.

The management had an attitude constantly and would go weeks without a response if you didn't constantly contact them. The security from day one was a hassle. They forced visitors to park far away from buildings they were attending and would tow if guest did not do so. The apartment is over priced for the size

We were lied to constantly, we were told no one else was looking at the apartment we showed interest in. Every week we were given different excuses that did not match up. We are furious. We looked for a higher head and failed to have reached one so here we are now with our review. This was the most horrible situation ever. Service was not given to us at no time, we received attitudes ...everytime we called.Read More
