La seguridad es pésima
July 29, 2020No tiene seguridad el condominio.cuando se rompe algo se meten más de 2 meses para arreglarlo,y te quieren subir la renta pagando cosas que incluyen aparte de la renta. The condo does not have security. When something breaks, they put more than 2 months to fix it, and they want to raise your rent by paying for things that include apart from the rent.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT STAY HERE!
July 11, 2019I've stayed here for a little over a year. Incompetent management and staff that don't stay long. Clearly a revolving door for employees. They will request things within three days, never in advance, and expect you to do it or threaten you with their attorney or with eviction. They asked for my dogs shots within three days or he would be allowed to stay, THREE DAYS NOTICE. I'm a travelling salesmen and haven't had time to find a vet. There are buildings falling apart here you think that would be ...their main priority instead of harrassibg me about my dog. They don't seem to care and are never understanding. There are thieves and drug dealers living on every corner of this place. The cops are here quite often to break up fights, pick up a felon and remove homeless people from the buildings. Yes, homeless junkies will live in the maintenance closets and maintenance has yet to LOCK THEM. Worst place I've ever lived. They do have cleaning staff but the people living here live like animals. Trash everywhere. If you love a trailer park environment, this is the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
