    The only positive thing that can be said about this place is the front desk staff are overwhelmingly pleasant and helpful to the best of their abilities. But the complex, owned by a company based in California, is horrible. The allure of exposed brick and the meticulously manicured model units could trick any starry eyed renter into thinking this is a lovely community, but it only takes a trip up the stone stairs and ride up the deeply unsettling elevator to realize this place is unsafe, ...
    unsanitary, and not at all concerned with the happiness, comfort, or health of its residents. Roaches are in every building, and every resident will get them, while the dedicated roach pest control people only come on Fridays, if at all. Parking is impossible as a guest or a resident, especially in the winter when a dusting of snow or a blizzard leaves the pot hole ridden drive space difficult to navigate and spaces unable to be identified. Plows do a horrible job, and the complex is so congested that there's no safe way for them to do well if they wanted to. It quickly becomes the resident's responsibility to use their own mini plows, snow blowers, and shovels to clear space by the entrance doors and sidewalk paths along the parking spaces. Year over year there are heating and water problems in the winter, leading to evacuations, holes into people's homes, exposed pipes that rain water into drive spaces that freeze to black ice, and climate control that doesn't work unit to unit. There is a constant smell of rot on the lower floors due to proximity to the trash chute, only two sets of laundry machines per floor, thin walls and ceilings so residents can hear one another's children, pets, arguments, private moments, or just tv and speakers. Fire alarms meant to evacuate the building go off constantly, and can't be turned off or quieted for pets. Floor plans are awkward and were clearly designed on paper to keep the brick consistent from floor to floor, by people who will never live there. Accessibility is barely passing ADA compliance, with only 4 accessible spaces per building, but the area between parking spaces and the access point being rocky, dangerous, and covered in dog droppings. Turnover for units involves a fresh coat of paint that sticks cabinets closed and some rusty screws and nails the property hopes residents won't notice. This place should be condemned, spend your hard earned rent money somewhere else.

    Nothing luxury about this place except for their show room. Outrageous fees, roaches from the day I moved in, poor management, weeks without hot water, no security, and constant stolen packages. Management does not care about any concerns and just want your money. In 2024, we had 7 weeks of no hot water Monday- Friday. There are entrance doors that don't lock and would give someone access to all the buildings. Washers and dryers were disconnected for 2 months, and are regularly broken which takes ...
    months to fix. The apartments have no insulation so in the winter your electric bill is high, your apartment is cold, and you can feel the cold air coming in through the windows. The package room is unattended and packages are stolen constantly, and management just blames you for not using the lockers, but they don't tell you that only USPS can use them so it doesn't matter if ups or fedex delivers. Maintenence often takes weeks to get to requests and just recently marked a request complete when they didn't even enter the apartment. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the brick wall accents are nice, if you can look past the roaches.

Regarding the washer and dryer situation, each building has multiple washers and dryers available, with several laundry rooms on each floor. If any machines experience issues, we have the service number posted in each room for resolution. As for the security concerns, we have working cameras in place, and we’re addressing the door-locking issue with a new vendor. Our parcel lockers are available for all carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) once residents register for a locker. We do have a regular pest control service available weekly to all residents and take steps to ensure the apartments are maintained properly. Maintenance requests are reviewed within 24 hours, with emergencies being addressed as quickly as possible.     Nos han dejado sin agua caliente en pleno invierno, tengo un bebé de 2 años que no lo puedo ni bañar porque el agua sale helada, me causa indignación que no puedan solucionar este problema, además, los precios son muy elevados para la calidad de apartamentos que rentan, todo deteriorado y nada funciona, tampoco las lavanderías, calefacción y aire acondicionado, contando los días para irme, no caigan en estafas por favor.

    As other reviewers pointed out, it is very common to have no hot water. Pipes broke in the cold snap in Feb, leaving the garage ceilings hanging dangerously. The monthly fees for trash/sewer were not pointed out at application. My unit wasn’t painted before I moved in and we dealt with a month of roaches our first month! (Resolved after daily phone calls). Bring power strips with you because there are walls with outlets that are disabled! Halls are embarrassing. Dirty and unpainted. ...

Your unit will be old, dirty, damaged, and you're also not likely to know about it until AFTER you sign your lease because that's when they let you see the unit you'll be in.     finish it for weeks. I still have the wall behind my toilet ripped open from when they did a repair almost a year ago. Do you like having hot water for a shower? Like being able to flush your toilet? Well, this isn't the place for you because the chance of those being things you can do any time you want is unlikely. We just went over 24 hrs with NO water and several days before and after without hot water. And that's not a rarity. If it rains or is windy we don't have hot water because we're told the "hot water heater has fallen over and failed to relight"...are these hot water heaters kept in an open field somewhere?!? Just don't move here. The buildings aren't secured despite what the ads says, people are always smoking around the property and in the buildings/apartments despite being a "no smoking community", and everything here is filthy. You'll be paying a number of fees on top of your rent including water, sewage, and trash removal as well as a common area maintenance fee for often dirty, broken, unkept common areas like the pools and game room. You're also required to pay for the package storage service but if you order from Amazon they NEVER put the packages in the lockers and it's common to have things opened, items stolen, or whole packages to go missing from the package room if they even make it in there to begin with. Lots of times packages are just left out in the open in the club house hallway near the package room. Just keep looking...there are much better places in the area for less!

    This place is not luxurious AT ALL. From the people not cleaning up after their dogs to no running or hot water is disgusting. Management will tell you what you want to hear to get you out of their face. I’ve been here since October and I’ve put in numerous maintenance and complaints and I believe only twice I was answered.     Concierge has been a very stressful and terrible place to live. I have been miserable living in this place for 2 years. Called many time for maintenance and never followed through. Went 2 YEARS without AC. EXPECT- Vandalism, bugs, bad odor, trash everywhere, broken glass all over the place. Poor management, stealing your money, and so much more DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    I applied for an apartment here, as part of the application, they took a $400 payment towards your security deposit. While I was there trying to look at units, one of the residents told me not to move there. I decided to not proceed with getting an apartment and they will not give me my $400 back of the security deposit even though I never signed a lease. Asked that to be fixed they said it’s just what it is. We had a 2 bed room and the AC is in the middle which will warm up the big room but the small one will get no air - we personally took out the rug on the balcony b/c it was nasty. (They let us) Screaming children running down the hall banging on doors( not the apartments fault) - in the winter heat is good but expensive. And when the snow comes expect to have to dig your car out. Don’t recommend having a sedan like me got my car stuck a few times. They leave about 3 feet of snow in front of the car best of luck with that - and in the end it’s took them over a month to give us our security deposit after calling 4 times (which is illegal) then took money out of it for some reason we are not sure what So if that’s all okay with you then it’s not a bad place to live, if it is go somewhere else
