Staff was amazing , the whole leasing process was quick and easy! From viewing the apartment before hand to actually moving in , everyone was nice and made it really easy for me. I’ve change my mind a few times about what unit I wanted so thank you for being patient with me ??.

As of right now I’m kind of disappointed. The parking sucks! I hate that I have to park all the way at the end of the 900 building when I live in the 800 building when coming from work late at night. On top of that sensor that we use our key fob to get in the building with for the front of the 800 building always not working.

It has been an amazing week so far! The community is so quiet and clean - really well-maintained. Everyone, residents and staff, have been so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I even had a small maintenance issue that was resolved quickly within the same day I reported it. So happy I chose Conclave at Sugar Hill.

Love the apartment. My only complaint is the rug in my bedroom is dirty. Part of it is a lighter color than the other.
Also the my bathroom shower still has pink soap marks and should have had some bleach detergent to clean it before I moved in.
The refrigerator’s water filter is lighting up red and needs replaced. I have reported this to management.

Been here 2 months and loving it so far. Was a little nervous about moving to an apartment coming from houses and townhomes but couldn’t be happier with my decision! AMAZING staff, I toured at least a dozen apartments before this and conclave has by far the staff.

I’ve recently moved in and the experience has been great. From my first tour until now. The staff is helpful and friendly. The community is always clean. The secure access points have been secured. All the things I’ve been sure to look for on my search. It’s a beautiful community with great amenities.
