The management team is attentive and responsive, always ensuring the property is well-maintained and residents’ needs are met ...quickly. February 3, 2026Customer service and staff is 10/10. Personal maintenance calls are 20/10. The gates and doors with key pads are out too frequently for my liking. Mailroom lockers are much needed instead of having to scavenger hunt for packages we paid for. This rent is too high to have to rummage through other people’s packages and to have our packages rummaged through. The mailroom situation is very inconvenient of our time and disrespectful of our personal belongings.Property Manager Responded
