This year is going to be our 18 year lease and have never been happier with the customer service and the quality of the service they provide, taker is an excellent manager and the maintenance team are always working hard and on time in addition the have remodeled all the outside buildings and the pool also they make a area for dog which is a plus for the community , it is a pleasure to live here.Review from Apartments.com

Abrasive manager
November 26, 2018First off, the positive review I see below does not strike me a real review and unfortunately I suspect that it was written by the Company that owns this apartment complex. The apartments themselves are actually pretty nice and are rented out at a fair price, which is the only reason I have stayed for 5 years. The review below mentions feeling safe and tranquil. They must have forgotten the few times we were unable to enter the complex because the police had to shut it down due to active ...shooters and safety issues. The below review also gives the manager a rave review despite him being one of the coldest and detached manager I've ever experienced. He has little to no ability to show compassion or sympathy for any issues and he is in general very arrogant and belittling. I have no idea how someone could think that he shows respect or good customer service. Really, this place would deserve four stars if the manager were replaced but until then I find it hard to give anything more than 1 star.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Comfortable Living
September 4, 2015Living minutes from the heart of Portland and close to amenities, we are within walking distance to the river with walking trails and running loops. Bike trails and history in our backyard, there are always things to do and places to go. The interiors of the apartments are newly remodeled as tenants move out with new carpet, appliances, lighting, cupboards and duo-paned windows are well insulated keeping the electric low in the winter as well as cool inside in the summer. The year round indoor ...swimming pool is convenient for lap swims and the clubhouse has a laundry facility that has gas dryers three times hotter than electric and the daily newspaper is available in the lobby as well as a microwave, refrigerator and refreshments!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
