This is my first time renting an apartment and the staff made it so easy and navigable, they even accommodated my request to be placed in an apartment with a southern facing deck and living room windows so that all my plants would be in the sun!

Absolutely the Best Apartment I’ve Ever Lived In!
Concord Manor is truly the cleanest, safest, and most comfortable apartment I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we moved in, we felt right at home. The building is always spotless, there are no bad smells like in some other apartments, and the environment is very peaceful.

Great location, very close to shopping and dining. Management is pretty decent. Very dog friendly and maintenance is usually pretty quick with any issues that arise.

I love my little apartment, haven’t had any issues with pests, my free internet is amazing, the property is well maintained, and the rent is reasonable. The area is great cause it’s between sunshine and battlefield and next to 65, super accessible to the whole area but also way safer than north side apartments. The only complaint I have is a few times a month I can smell weed coming from other apartments. I hate the weed smell so much but I know it’s just part of life.
