March 19, 2025I’ve lived at concord apartments going on 3 years and rented with Alexander and Bishop going on 4 years. When I was looking to move into a new place I knew I wanted to stay with Alexander and Bishop because maintenance is on top of the facilities and the apartments are great especially since it’s right by the college. Shianne showed us around one of the apartments and scheduled a time for us to see all the available apartments in one day making it the easiest apartment searching I’ve done. She’s ...always on top of returning our emails when we need assistance and giving opportunities for deals on our rent by referrals and renewing our lease early. Overall good experience living here and it seems they continuously strive to make Concord Place a great place to live. Awful place to live
June 27, 2023Loud and bug infested (spiders and fruit flies from the trash they rarely take out). Frequently smells like weed or cigarettes inside, and dog poop outside. The property manager is rude. The units are pretty, and the view is nice, but the elevator and washing machines are often broken/out of order for long periods of time. Lot parking fills up fast, so be prepared to park on the street.Review from Apartments.com
No show to showing
November 18, 2017I made appointment for today at 12:30pm for a showing. The guy we were supposed to meet never showed. I tried calling their office multiple time, but no answer. We drove 2 hours for this showing!!! We will never rent from this company if this is how they do business. While we stood around waiting, we notice beer cans and junk on their muddly lawn. These apartments do not appear family friendly. It caters to college students only.Review from Apartments.com
Great modern space
August 17, 2015These apartments are modern, fairly spacious, and affordable. The apartment was clean and looked almost like new when I moved in and the photos on their website matched up with what we got. The landlords seem friendly and professional but they can be hard to reach. The hallways and elevator could be cleaned and kept up a bit better. Very close to campus and usually quiet. I would recommend these apartments to college students looking for a nice place!Review from Apartments.com
