Poor communication and high renewal costs
April 8, 2024I can't recommend this community. They only seem to communicate by leaving notes on doors about when they need to enter on very short notice, and they do this excessively. They don't always show up when the letters say they will, so they reschedule often. It feels like people are always in our homes. The prior reviews are true. They have been charging some tenants $200-300 more when it is time to renew their lease. Lots of guests have had their cars booted and it is very expensive to have them ...removed. The guests have to give up a lot of personal information when they do park. Currently we have no idea if the parking still exists since signs have been removed but the property has told us nothing. They recently shut down the pool over an entire weekend with no notice. They keep adding more and more fees for things that were free before and the water and sewer bills have doubled because of the new company they brought in. Disappointed
September 21, 2023I hate to write bad reviews but I had enough. They have parking enforcement that keeps booting my guests so I am scared to have someone over and pay $180 to get the parking boot off. I was booted 3 times at my own apartment complex without a warning in one year. I think parking enforcement should start with a warning or at least make the fine more affordable. Also my neighbors showed that they rent would decrease if they renewed by $200 where my increased by $50 a month. It does not feel like ...home and I have to live in paranoia for my car or guest that comes to visit. Been thinking about breaking my lease early so I don’t have to worry about parking cars at my own apartment building. The rent is too high for what the apartment complex is. The staff are nice I will give them that. Trash problems are just like at any other apartment complex, but at least they are trying to resolve that. Not one of us has the same set of ethics, integrity, heart, etc. The new management has made positive changes in an effort to make this community safer, and cleaner. Noise
February 24, 2021I've complained about the music being loud on several occasions. All they say is I tried to call, but no answer or call the police. I'm so annoyed with the neighbors under me. They always have trash at the door and blasting music. I'll be so glad when this lease is up.Review from Apartments.com

Amazing experience!
April 11, 2018Concord Ridge is a wonderful community! My boyfriend and I had a quick move here from out of state, so unfortunately we had to do this all over the phone and internet, and the processes couldn’t have gone smoother! Ariel was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. We were nervous about the move, especially with moving in pretty much sight unseen but everything was exactly as the pictures showed! The apartment had more storage than we thought and we love the balcony! It is so ...convenient having the car care center, a 24/7 gym, pool, and the option to rent an in unit washer and dryer (which is totally worth it). After living here for a month I can say that we made the right choice! We feel so comfortable here and this community is so close and convenient to everything, but still far enough away that it is nice and quiet, and it is very dog friendly too! Everyone is so kind here that I have met, the maintenance guy James, Ariel, and Sam! I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone that is looking.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Experience
April 3, 2018If you’re looking for an honest review, take it from someone who has lived here for almost as long as the community has been open. I feel right at home at Concord Ridge and couldn’t imagine living at a different apartment community in Concord. The office staff has been incredibly helpful since the first day we came in contact. Maintenance is always friendly and quick to fix anything that needs attention. The apartment itself is beautiful and and allows for a lot of natural light. Disappointed experience
March 23, 2018I don't normally write reviews however I felt the need to share my experience with the office personnel. When I toured the model apartment, I absolutely loved it and the property and within a matter of days paid the app and holding fee to secure an apartment in one of the buildings that's under construction. it was only after payment was processed that I was informed the model floor plan I was shown was no longer available nor would the buildings under constructions have the floor plan. (mind ...you the model on the website was the same model I was shown on my tour) All the information I was told prior to me applying was incorrect so I decided to request a refund of my holding fee but was out the application fee. The management team was apologetic however since the application fee is nonrefundable I was out that money. Since I really loved the property I decided 2 weeks later that I could deal with changes in the floor plan and wanted to continue with the move-in process. (mind you I have not received my holding fee/deposit) I was informed I would have to pay ANOTHER application fee although this all happened within 30 days! I haven't lived in an apartment for a very long time however I've been in customer service and can't believe the management team would not even be flexible in this situation since the miscommunication was on their end from the very start. I was very disappointed with the entire experience- and it's left me to wonder if this is the type of customer service I would receive if I'd actually been able to move in! I also referred a friend and she experienced the same miscommunication.
