February 13, 2023Lived here 3 1/2 years. The complex switched owners and the property decline and go through tenants. Maintenance requests shown as completed even though they’ve never been out to address issues. The new owners have removed the other dumpster bin, the entire complex has 1 dumpster, constantly full. Rent raised yet little to no improvements made!Review from Apartments.com
Rented a studio for 3 years.
February 3, 2023Had bed bugs off rip. Lived with my family for first 5 months until they sprayed and cleaned the apt out. Maintenance was hit and miss. Thank God my boyfriend works on homes for a living. 1/3 years they had a good property manager. We cleaned spotless when we moved out Dec,2022. Still waiting for deposit.we defiantly cleaned the carpets the walls the toilets tub replaced trim and fixed things they never got to on the maintenance side. It was a place to stay so we weren't homeless tho .
