February 3, 2025We have lived at Concord Village for five years. It is quiet and the people who live here are friendly. Recently the ceiling above our tub started leaking. The property manager Rebecca Jenkins came and saw what was happening She immediately got plumbers to come and fix it. Right after they fixed it she got the dry wall repaired and our bathroom painted. It looks Fantastic! If you are looking for a Great place to live Concord Village is it!Property Manager Responded

Am I living in an 1824 slum or a 2024 apartment
August 28, 2024It has been nearly 3 weeks since the plumbing failed in my kitchen. Maintenance came out and did some work but I still cannot fill my kitchen sink with water without soaking my floor and the less said about the mess made if I run my dishwasher the better. I can barely cook since I have to wash all my dishes in the bathroom sink, and that sink is only half the size of one kitchen sink so many of my pots and pans won’t fit. Not to mention the hygiene issues that come from trying to wash dishes next ...to a toilet. They came by about a week ago to inform me they would be there the next day after I complained about the lack of response but no one came. Every time I leave for a doctor’s appointment or to go to the store, I have to lock my dog in my office just in case they show up while I am gone. Additionally, I am wasting money on disposable dishes and the quality of food I can cook without cookware has taken a nosedive. There are many more issues than this one with this apartment complex but this is both the most recent and worse one, I have two more maintenance request I need to put in but considering the effort to get this one done I can’t see a reason to even try. At this rate when my lease is up in a couple months I see little reason to renew.Property Manager Responded
