The maintenance team is equally outstanding. Darrell and Kyle are prompt, skilled, and incredibly courteous. Any time we have submitted a maintenance request (which are rare, as the townhomes are well-maintained), they have addressed it quickly and fixed the issue right the first time. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the residents are comfortable and that the property is kept in excellent condition. Having such reliable and pleasant maintenance staff like Darrell and Kyle makes a huge difference in the quality of life here.
