October 3, 2025My husband and I have genuinely loved our time living at Concordview Townhomes, and a huge part of what makes this community so wonderful is the exceptional team who manage and maintain the property. Starting with the leasing office, Kay and Patti are absolutely phenomenal. They are the most professional, friendly, and helpful leasing ladies we have ever encountered. Any time we’ve needed assistance as a resident, their positive attitudes and dedication shine through. Kay handles everything with ...efficiency and a smile, making all administrative aspects of living here stress-free! The maintenance team is equally outstanding. Darrell and Kyle are prompt, skilled, and incredibly courteous. Any time we have submitted a maintenance request (which are rare, as the townhomes are well-maintained), they have addressed it quickly and fixed the issue right the first time. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the residents are comfortable and that the property is kept in excellent condition. Having such reliable and pleasant maintenance staff like Darrell and Kyle makes a huge difference in the quality of life here.
