Management
August 23, 2016My girlfriend and I have been living here for 2 years. These apartments are small but affordable for anyone looking to move to Fremont. The biggest issue we have is with the management. For example, we were standing out front of our apartment earlier this week (which is right by the sign and entrances) and we were talking to a guy from the neighborhood who was walking his dog. His dog was super friendly and so was the gentleman walking him. As we're standing out front visiting, an apartment ...manager happened to be standing nearby and asks if he and his dog are visiting. We replied with a smile and "yep, just visiting!" We didn't let the dog in the apartment at all because they have a no pet policy. Anyways, she continues even after hearing they were 'just visiting' and butts in, "Well, no pets allowed" and we understood and said we were just talking for a little bit. Well she interrupted again making a snide comment this time, "there is a very strict no pet policy even on the property" and in the same breath threatened to call the police on this individual to have his dog removed! She was very rude and uncourteous to us and our guest. She's been very rude before and I'm glad to say we're moving out soon and we won't be back. We feel her actions to the situation were completely uncalled for as the individual walking his dog only spoke to us for 5-10 minutes while his dog was on a tight leash the whole time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Apartments
August 12, 2015Great apartment for a low price. With 2 bedrooms it is great for roommates or a family. It is in a nice area of town. The workout room that comes with the apartments is a great addition. The staff is pleasant to work with and any request have been taken care of quickly. The only downside is that there isn't much storage space so you have to get creative when it comes to organizing.Review from Apartments.com
